Beautiful but SMALL
I bought this as a gift, but when I received them they would have been too small to fit. I wanted to keep them myself, because they were so pretty.

hoops
The ones I received wouldn’t lock anbd were bent. I need an address to return them and get a refund. I don’t have the receipt.
